Hi ESP students!
The second phase of Splash registration is now open!
Whether you missed the lottery deadline or want to add another class to
your schedule, you can add any classes that still have open slots on
afirst-come, first-serve basisor drop classes you are no longer
interested in. You can do this on the student portal
<https://esp.mit.edu/learn/Splash/2025_Fall/studentreg>until 11:59 PM
EST on November 13th.
If you entered the Splash class lottery, you canfind your preliminary
schedule on the student portal
<https://esp.mit.edu/learn/Splash/2025_Fall/studentreg>. If you are not
satisfied with your classes, you can add more RIGHT NOW!
Even if a class is full, slots might open up as others drop it, so be
patient, refresh the page and check back occasionally! If you are no
longer planning to attend a class, please drop the class on the website
so that others may take your spot.
Finally, the student portal
<https://esp.mit.edu/learn/Splash/2025_Fall/studentreg>will also let you
fill out the waiver at esp.mit.edu/waiver
<https://esp.mit.edu/waiver>and pay for Splash online (much more
convenient than doing it day-of!). The price is $60, but generous
financial aid is available
<https://esp.mit.edu/learn/Splash/2025_Fall/finaid>. Lunch is included,
and you can pre-order T-shirts (design preview here
<https://i.imgur.com/Uch6jDR.png>) for $10.
Note that for the waiver, students will not be able to fill in their
personal information until they submit the form and their parents
receive a link to do so.
NEW:We have recently approved a few more classes that you might not have
seen in the catalog <https://esp.mit.edu/catalog>earlier! Namely:
