Here’s your chance for an extra dose of learning, curiosity, and fun: Rainstorm, a free virtual Splash event hosted by Learning Unlimited, the national nonprofit that supports organizations like ESP across the country! Rainstorm is a virtual Splash where students and teachers from across the world come together online for a day of learning. Teachers from not only MIT ESP but also chapters such as Stanford Splash, Yale Splash, UC Berkeley Splash, and beyond will be there to share their passion. Check out the current class catalog here . Rainstorm will take place online onSaturday, July 25th, and anyone entering grades 8–12 (or equivalent) can attend forfree.This summer’s program will be small but mighty—space is limited, so don’t forget to submit your registration NOW at cloud.learningu.org by July 24th. We’ll be prioritizing students who haven’t been able to attend a Splash program during the past school year, so if that’s you, don’t miss out! Rainstorm 2026 is on Saturday, July 25th (1pm-6pm ET / 10am-3pm PT) Who can take classes? All students entering grades 8 - 12 (must also be at least 13 years old). Learning Unlimited is committed to serving all students and are happy to discuss any necessary accommodations! Who teaches classes? Undergraduate students, graduate students, university faculty, alumni, and professionals from Splash chapters across the country! How do I attend classes? All classes will occur online.
