Hi ESP students! Hope you’re enjoying the long weekend!

Are you interested in learning about food (bio)chemistry, conlanging
(inventing your own language), acting with Shakespeare, or more

Come register for exciting classes at Spring HSSP, taught by enthusiastic
MIT students and community members! Meet hundreds of other Boston-area
students curious about learning, just like you!

Spring HSSP is a six-week program for middle and high schoolers that runs
on the Saturdays between February 28th and April 11th, skipping March 14th
for Spark <https://esp.mit.edu/learn/Spark/index.html?src=spark-hsspann2>.
Classes — both academic and non-academic — are offered in several time
blocks from 1 to 4 PM, in addition to guest lecture series. Classes will
take place on MIT campus.

Registration <https://esp.mit.edu/seahorse26> is open to students from
grades 7-12 and closes on Tuesday, 2/17, at 11:59 PM. Rank your favorite
classes in each time slot, and your schedule will be assigned by lottery —
all registrations will be considered equally! Don’t worry: you’ll still be
able to modify your schedule afterwards. The catalog is available here

The total cost of attending Spring HSSP is $60, which includes all six
Saturdays of classes. Keep in mind that we offer generous need-based
financial aid for our students; the application for financial aid will open
during the second phase of student registration, after the lottery is run.
