[ESP Announcements] A big announcement for Splash 2024

Hi!

We hope you all are doing well! 

We've been doing a lot of thinking about how to make Splash and our other
programs better for everyone involved. So, we've decided to go forward with
a big change.

Splash 2024 will be delayed until Spring 2025 and Spark 2025 will be
canceled. However, teachers, students, and parents need not worry, because
Splash 2025 will target both middle schoolers and high schoolers! We made
this decision because we believe that consolidating our resources to make
one program for students of all levels will help us fulfill our mission more
than splitting our resources between arbitrary grade ranges.

More information will hit your inboxes in the coming months for Splash 2025.
